It's nice to have an occupied house at Janie Vista and see landscaping at that home and the model home. I showed a client the model home on Thursday and we discussed possibilities for her to have a rambler at Janie Vista.During my open house Sunday it was interesting to watch the storm clouds march across the sound. Janie Vista View Homes - What a Deal

I held my Open House yesterday at Janie Vista - gorgeous blue skies surrounded me and, again, the views of the Sound were just breathtaking. As hot as it was outside (did we beat the record yesterday?), the Janie Vista community still received a cool breeze, which felt quite nice.We've got some great new signs posted up on each lot with model information for "curious minds" that happen to show up after our Open House hours. You are sooooo right~other houses "for sale" just don't compare to the homes @ Janie Vista. If living on a Quiet Cul-de-Sac w/sensational views of the City, Sound and Mountains sounds "GOOD" to you~then we would love to see you move to your new home at Janie Vista.
